A combination of the Dynamic Arm and the Pitcher's Friend, this accessory has the convenience and economy of having handles and cuffs attached to the same tubing to allow for a maximum variety of exercises. Both cushioned handles and padded wrist bands (cuffs) are attached to five foot sections of resistance tubing. Looped ends provide for attachment to handles/wrist bands (cuffs) and anchor. The use of a connecting device, such as a Snap Hook, can extend the useful life of resistance tubing by protecting the tubing from nicks, cuts, abrasions, and/or scratches from its anchor.
