The Combination BatSpeed/Throwing Chain offers an opportunity to use the same chain with two different attachments saving the cost of purchasing duplicate chains. The bat handle and throwing loop are interchangeable providing a great workout tool.

The basic concept of SpeedChains, whether for golf, baseball, tennis, or any other sport, is based on movement specific variable resistance. With the Baseball Bat Speed Chain, movement begins with lighter chain links allowing high acceleration and progresses to heavier gauges of chain requiring maximum force as movement passes through the hitting zone.

The Throwing Chain is a great tool to provide sport specific exercises to develop strength and flexibility. It is an ideal training instrument for enhancing power, balance, stability, and endurance. This unique device is ideal for high intensity low duration exercises and allows the prerequisite range of motion necessary to develop arm speed resulting in increased velocity. • Youth – Typically used by pre-adolescent athletes

Muscularly mature athletes (including those considered strong for their age group) should consider using a heavier Bat Speed Chain. Athletes taller than 6'4" should add extensions to this product. Chain ends should never be allowed to come off the ground/floor or gather around the feet during exercises.
