The Resisted Running Flat Bands provide an effective means to develop hip and leg strength when used in dynamic exercises. Used properly they are excellent tools for high intensity exercises to increase power while targeting specific energy systems. These bands can be used for both over speed and resisted methods of training depending upon whether the athlete is being towed or is doing the towing.
The Resisted Running Flat Bands are available in two sizes:
80” X 1.75” – Typically used by developing athletes that are age & physically ready for heavy weights.
120” X 2” – Typically used by muscularly mature athletes.
