If you don't see a product you have seen/purchased previously it may be out of stock or in certain situations may have been discontinued.
I lost/misplaced a piece/part of my product. Do you sell replacement product accessories?
We have replacement parts on a product-by-product basis. In certain cases, if the part is available you may be required to pay for the part and shipping in other cases you may just be required to pay for the shipping. Please contact us at info@oatesspecialties.com

Do you allow order pick-ups?
Yes. We are located in Hunstville, TX. If you would like to pick up an order please call (936) 295-4459 to place the order because as of now our website doesn't support local pick-ups.
Do you allow shipping by my preferred freight forwarder?
Yes. Please contact us at (936) 295-4459 and we can help you out.
How do I change my shipping address?
If you haven't placed an order yet and have an account you can update the preferred shipping address in your account settings. If the order has been placed already we may contact you if the address doesn't get verified in our system but it is best to contact us as soon as possible at (936) 295-4459 to update the shipping address on our end.

Payment Questions
What credit cards/payment methods do you accept?
We accept Discover, Visa, and MasterCard credit cards as well as checks/money orders and purchase orders. We do not accept American Express, Diners Club, or any other payment methods not listed.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
If you plan on ordering bulk we do not offer bulk discounts however we do have pricing discounts. Schools and universities receive 5% discounts. Orders over $1250 receive a 10% discount. Orders over $2500 receive a 12% discount. Orders over $5000 receive...
Do you have credit/payment plans?
Unfortunately, we don't offer any forms of installment payments after the order is placed so all items need to be paid in full before the order is accepted.
Pending credit card charge/ order didn't go through
If you have a pending charge on your credit card and the order didn't go through, you should see those funds go back into your account in 24-48 hours. Please contact us at (936) 295-4459 with your exact issue and we can help you out.
When I place an online order with a purchase order and tax exemption number will it remove tax?
It will show tax however if all information is valid we remove that tax manually.
