EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Oates Specialties is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your unused purchase (excluding electronics, uniforms and caps) for an exchange or refund within thirty days of receipt of merchandise. Simply contact us to receive Return Authorization for your purchase.
The following conditions for Exchanges and Refunds apply:
Shipping fees and costs are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable.
Returned products must be in their original carton or container unless allowances are provided in advance by Oates Specialties LLC.
Return of unused items for refund (excluding electronics, uniforms, or caps) will be assessed a Restocking Fee of 10% of product's regularly listed price.
Returns of unused SpeedChain® products, specially ordered products, and/or sized products for refund will be assessed a Restocking Fee of 20% of product's regularly listed price.
Returns of electronic products, for exchange or refund, are subject to the policies of the product manufacturer; a fee of 5% of product's regularly listed price will be assessed by Oates Specialties LLC in addition to any fees that may be assessed by the manufacturer for a product's return for refund.
Returned products with damage of any type or showing any signs of usage will not be accepted.
Approved refunds and/or exchanges will only be made to the original purchaser and to the original instrument of purchase (i.e. bank card) used in the initial purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.
