Khaos® Water Ball (MAX w/Fixed Handles):

The Khaos® Water Ball is an inflatable ball with water added to provide unstable weight. Its awkward shape makes the Khaos® Water Ball an effective tool to incorporate into athletic training programs for strength, grip, and power. The water added to the Khaos® Water Ball constantly moves during the performance of exercises. This ever-changing instability adds challenge to traditional exercises as well as sport and activity-specific movement patterns. Using the Khaos® Water Ball stimulates functional strength and enables an athlete to develop muscles that are difficult to develop with a traditional weight training program.

Khaos® Waterboy (MAX w/Fixed Handles):

The Khaos® Waterboy (formerly Strength & Stability Trainer and sometimes referred to as an aqua bag) offers benefits that traditional weight training tools cannot provide. This device can be partially filled with water, providing active resistance rather than static resistance. As the Waterboy is moved during exercise, the water constantly shifts, actively recruiting the stabilizing muscles. Increasing the strength of the stabilizers can both decrease the risk of injury and improve athletic performance.

TAP® Baseball Training Sock (NEW AND IMPROVED): 

The TAP™ Baseball Training Sock allows an athlete to throw a ball in a confined space, inside or out. Players can throw regardless of weather conditions or the availability of a training partner.

The TAP™ Max-Grip sand-filled weighted balls have a non-slip matte finish surface that gives extra grip, unlike other pliable (plyo) weighted balls available today. Made especially for Oates Specialties as part of our Extreme Duty series, the exterior of these proprietary balls are made of heavy-duty engineered resins creating a surface that's smooth enough to facilitate handling and slip-resistant to provide a safety-enhancing grip. The thermoplastic shell casing is burst-resistant, making these durable weighted plyo-balls ideal for all training needs, especially throwing and batting.
