About This Product
Four tools covering shoulder oscillation, rotational power, ballistic slam training, and portable resistance-band arm care.
Package 2 bundles four TAP® training tools that each target a different piece of an overhead athlete’s arm-care and power development: long-lever shoulder oscillation for stability and warm-up, a dual-handle medicine ball for ground-up rotational power, a minimal-bounce slam ball for full-intent ballistic work, and portable resistance tubing for joint stability and deceleration patterning. Together they give a program coverage across warm-up, power development, and daily arm-care maintenance.
- TAP® Shoulder Tube® — A 68-inch long-lever oscillation tool that sends kinetic waves down the shaft, forcing the shoulder, scapula, and trunk to control motion in every direction instead of just one.
- TAP® Double Handle Medicine Ball (12 lb) — Two opposing molded handles give athletes a secure lever for explosive twists, swings, and slam-style patterns that build ground-up rotational power.
- TAP® Pummel Ball (4 lb, Blue) — A sand-and-air-filled slam ball with minimal bounce, letting athletes slam and throw at true max intent without a hard, unpredictable rebound coming back at them.
- TAP® Dynamic Arm Resistance Tubing (Special Heavy, Black) — Portable elastic resistance tubing with rubberized handles for joint stability, blood flow, and deceleration patterning — anchors anywhere from a dugout fence to a weight-room rack.
What's In This Package?
Package 2 includes one TAP® Shoulder Tube® (68″, 5 lb), one TAP® Double Handle Medicine Ball at 12 lb (HMB12), one TAP® Pummel Ball at 4 lb in Blue (PB4), and one TAP® Dynamic Arm Resistance Tubing set at Special Heavy resistance (Black).
Each tool solves a different training problem on its own: the Shoulder Tube® and resistance tubing cover warm-up and shoulder-stability work, while the Double Handle Medicine Ball and Pummel Ball cover explosive rotational and ballistic power — giving a program a complete rotation from warm-up through power development.
Why These Four Work Together
Four tools, three training zones
Shoulder Stability & Warm-Up
The Shoulder Tube®’s long-lever oscillation and the resistance tubing’s elastic tension both drive blood flow and joint stability before throwing — one through dynamic multi-directional movement, the other through consistent, controlled resistance.
Rotational & Ballistic Power
The Double Handle Medicine Ball trains ground-up power through controlled swings and slams, while the Pummel Ball’s minimal-bounce design lets that same rotational power get expressed at true max intent without a rebound to guard against.
Daily Arm-Care Coverage
Together, the four tools cover a full arm-care and power rotation — warm-up, shoulder stabilization, rotational power, and ballistic expression — without needing a separate implement for each piece of the session.

How to Use It
Warm-up and shoulder prep: Open a session with short Shoulder Tube® oscillations or a light resistance-tubing circuit to drive blood flow and joint stability before throwing or hitting.
Rotational power block: Use the Double Handle Medicine Ball for two-hand swings, single-hand lever arcs, and hinge-to-slam sequences, working from the ground up through the hips and trunk.
Ballistic slam work: Pair with the Pummel Ball for full-intent overhead and rotational slams — its minimal-bounce design lets athletes train at true max intent even in cages or tight spaces.
Light-day and recovery: Softer, lower-amplitude Shoulder Tube® oscillations or gentle resistance-tubing work support blood flow and tissue activation on lighter days.
Each item's full usage guidance and progressions are detailed on its individual product page.
Who It's For
- Commonly used for baseball and softball pitchers, position players, and overhead athletes building a complete warm-up, arm-care, and rotational power rotation.
- Commonly used for tennis, volleyball, and other overhead-sport athletes at the high-school, college, and professional levels.
- Commonly used for strength and conditioning staffs who want shoulder-stability tools (Shoulder Tube®, resistance tubing) alongside rotational power implements (Double Handle Medicine Ball, Pummel Ball) in one purchase.
We are not coaches. We do not provide coaching.
Does NOT Include
- Does not include a written training plan, program, or video guide specific to the package — each item's individual usage guidance lives on its own product page.
- Does not include additional weights, sizes, or resistance levels beyond what is listed in the contents table; each item ships in the single variant specified.
- Does not include a bag, case, or storage solution for the four items.
- Does not replace a full throwing program, strength program, or medical/rehab guidance; each tool is a supplemental training implement.

Safety Guardrails
Every item in this package is designed for athletes roughly 13 and older, used under qualified adult or coach supervision. Use in clear spaces with enough room to move the Shoulder Tube®'s full 68-inch lever, and enough clearance for overhead slams with the Pummel Ball. Stop immediately if there is sharp pain, loss of normal control, or unusual symptoms.
⚠ Allergy notice: The Dynamic Arm Resistance Tubing may contain natural rubber latex, a known allergen that can cause severe reactions, including anaphylaxis, in sensitive individuals.
- Not a toy: All four items are supervised training implements, not play items.
- Not for impact on other people: The Pummel Ball is built for slams and throws in clear, appropriate spaces — none of these tools are designed for contact with other athletes.
- Not a rehabilitation device: None of the four items are medical devices or a substitute for physical therapy or return-to-throwing guidance.
FAQs
Can I buy any of these items individually instead of the full package?
Yes. Every item in Package 2 is also sold on its own product page, so you can add extra units or a different weight/resistance level of any single tool without buying the whole package again.
Can I swap the Medicine Ball weight, Pummel Ball color, or tubing resistance?
This package ships with the specific variants listed in the contents table. If you need a different weight, color, or resistance level, purchase that variant separately from its individual product page.
Is this package appropriate for youth athletes?
Each item is designed for athletes roughly 13 and older under qualified adult supervision. Lighter resistance levels and reduced volume can make some of these tools appropriate for younger athletes under direct coaching.
Does this package come with a training plan?
No. Each item's own product page includes its individual how-to-use guidance and suggested progressions, but there is no combined written plan specific to this package.
What's the difference between the Double Handle Medicine Ball and the Pummel Ball?
The Double Handle Medicine Ball uses molded handles for controlled swings, arcs, and slam-style patterns, while the Pummel Ball is a handle-free slam ball with a minimal-bounce shell designed for full-intent overhead and rotational slams.
