At Oates Specialties we recognize sanitization and cleanliness is a top concern of yours to protect against the novel coronavirus and other infectious diseases. We agree sanitation should extend to the training tools you have purchased from us.
With all the focus on cleaning, we want you to be aware that cleaning agents containing bleach or other strong chemicals, such as alcohol and peroxides, could be harmful to your training implements.Ā We recommend cleaning your Oates Specialties training tools with mild soap (suitable for skin contact) and water.
Our training equipment should be hand-washed with a non-abrasive damp cloth or sponge. Use a clean damp cloth to remove any soap residue and air dry before use. Do not machine wash or place any Oates Specialties training device into a dryer.
We recommend using LysolĀ® Disinfectant Sprays if disinfecting. Only use a LysolĀ® Disinfectant Spray after spot testing a small area.
To better serve your needs, we have introduced new, easily cleaned handles and synthetic leather cuffs for our Oates Specialties resistance tubing. These non-porous handles are also being used on all training tools requiring the attachment.Ā These new cuffs and handles join our easily sanitized Synthetic Leather Wrist Weights as tools to help keep you safe.
