Outfitting a team is different from outfitting an individual. A single pitcher needs one Shoulder Tube®. A high-school program needs eight. A college roster needs sixteen and a storage plan. Team bundles are how programs get roster-scale volume at roster-scale pricing.
How team pricing works at Oates Specialties

Those discounts apply automatically at checkout when the order total qualifies. For programs that need a customized bundle — specific quantities, mixed collections, invoicing for a school or district — we build the quote by hand.
How to spec a team bundle
The best team packages match training tools to program needs, not to catalog completeness. A typical high-school program needs: an arm-care setup for every pitcher, a small pool of shared measurement tools (radars, targets), a rotational-power station or two (KHAOS® water, medicine balls, SpeedChain®), and a conditioning-and-recovery kit that stays in the training room. College and pro programs scale from there.

Do the volume discounts stack with sale prices?
Volume discounts apply to the subtotal at checkout. Some items are marked as excluded from further discounting (usually already-discounted bundles or clearance items) — those show a small tag on the product page. Everything else stacks cleanly. Do you invoice schools and districts?
Yes. We routinely invoice public and private schools, colleges, and municipal programs. We accept purchase orders and can supply W-9s and vendor onboarding docs. Can you customize a bundle to our program's needs?
Yes — that's what team bundles are for. Send us a rough list of what you're trying to accomplish (arm care, velocity development, hitting, conditioning, measurement), your roster size, and your budget. We'll build a package around your actual needs rather than a generic catalog set. Turnaround is usually one business day.
What's your typical shipping time on a large team order?
In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Large team orders — especially bundles with heavier equipment like KHAOS® water tools, targets, and screens — sometimes ship in multiple boxes; you'll get tracking on each. For time-sensitive orders (preseason, tryouts), tell us the deadline when you request the quote and we'll flag the order for priority handling.
