How a smart practitioner decides whether a training tool fits an athlete. The framework below is what informs our own recommendations: structural balance, baseline strength, mobility, mechanical efficiency, injury history, and where the athlete sits in the competitive calendar.

Structural balance

Front-to-back and segmental balance across the kinetic chain — the base a rotational athlete needs before adding load or velocity work.
