The TAP® Relief Stick is a compact roller-massager designed to alleviate tension and minimize stiffness with a targeted massage. It is a great tool to complement stretching routines with self-massage. Appropriate use increases flexibility, increases blood flow, and decreases muscle stiffness.
In addition to preparing for physical exertion, the TAP® Relief Stick provides highly effective relief for fatigued soft tissues and accelerates recovery after activity. Self-treatment with the TAP® Relief Stick provides myofascial release and trigger point therapy with the desired pressure easily controlled by the user.
Constructed of sturdy thermos-plastic, the TAP® Relief Stick is 18" long and has seven rotating spindles. Instructions for use are not included.
