The Connection™ Throwing Club is a wooden training implement designed to improve arm path, timing, and throwing mechanics by shifting the athlete's focus from thinking about mechanics to feeling efficient motion.

Originally developed by Ron Wolforth to correct inefficiencies in elite throwers, this tool has become a staple for improving trunk-arm timing, proprioception, and sequencing—without over-coaching.
