In the vast majority of sports such as baseball, softball, golf, tennis, volleyball, basketball, football, and many others, hips are critical for producing force and preventing injuries. The TAP® Thigh Bands allow for the glutes (Gluteus Maximus and Gluteus Minimus) and hips to be woken up and activated. When placed just above the knees, the resistance is targeted on the upper half of legs minimizing stress on the knees and ankles.
The TAP® Thigh Bands have an added rubber strip on the inside to prevent the band from riding up or sliding down. The bands come in three resistances Green (Lightest Band), Yellow (Medium Band), and Red (Strongest Band) to accommodate any strength level. The fabric-like material provides a level of comfort during the exercises that rubber or latex bands cannot.
