The TAP® Rotational Core Trainer is a conditioning tool designed for a wide variety of functional exercises, primarily focusing on ground-based rotational movements. It effectively trains both lower and upper body movement patterns, targeting the entire core area and developing the dynamic stability and balance needed to maintain control during high-power movements. This device is outstanding for developing stabilization, particularly with exercises focused on the anti-rotator function of the core. The TAP® Rotational Core Trainer is an ideal training device for improving explosive power. It enables training for hip rotation, lumbar stabilization, thoracic flexibility, and shoulder range of motion and strength. Given that virtually all athletic activities require some degree of rotation and stabilization for power movements, this trainer closely replicates those movements. Its portability is a significant advantage, as it doesn't need to be bolted down and can be easily transported to open areas, making it suitable for use in limited spaces. For added stability, up to three Olympic plates can be added to the base, eliminating the need to position it against a wall. The device features a sleeve capable of 360° rotation, allowing for a wide variety of exercises involving bar rotation and pivoting. While light weight is often preferred for dynamic movements, Olympic plate weights (not included) can be added for greater resistance.
